Plombiers sounds almost like palombières, which are the huts used to hide while hunting wood pigeons (palombes) in Les Landes.
A tisane is an infusion, often herbal tea. This waiter is providing his happy customer with an armagnac, infused with the flavour and colour of the oak vat.

This is not a pipe. A homage to Magritte and his surreal painting "Ceci n'est pas une pipe". This farmer is confronted with what for him is clearly a painting of a béret, even though it says that it isn't. For a man grounded in the practicality of farming, the message is obviously going over his head.
