Fourcès, the beautiful, round bastide in the north of the Gers celebrates its 40th marché aux fleurs in 2015. This is a design I created in honour of the event. Available as an A4, A3 and A2 print.
When the wood pigeons migrate through SW France, some hunters become obsessed. It is sometimes called the 'Maladie bleue', or the blue sickness, due to the colour of the pigeons. This one has asked his wife to call his work to say that he won't be in for the next few days as he has the 'Maladie bleue'...
Les bottes bio. In French, Bottes are boots, but are also bales of hay, or straw.
A fete lunch can take its toll, if one doesn’t pace onself. This chap has obviously had too much ‘apéro’, wine and armagnac.
