The Noir de Bigorre is the black pig from our part of SW France. The breed was almost extinct, but is now thriving again. Reared in the open and eating acorns and foraging in the woods, it's far tastier than supermarket ham and saucisson.
Le Petit Pellehaut is where the wine tasting is done at the Domaine de Pellehaut. One of the best wines in the region. It is also the name of their new Bag-in-Box wine selection, illustrated by Perry. Available as a print and on canvas.
